About Martha

Martha Staley is the Founder and CEO of Your Perfect World®, a Life coach and Inspirational Speaker. Martha’s high-energy and contagious enthusiasm is what people say inspires them to find their passion, purpose and to fulfill their dreams.

Martha’s vision, as a coach and teacher, is to empower every woman to live the daily fulfilled life of their dreams. She believes that you have the power to create your own unique world. The world where you will pull the puzzle pieces of your life together and create strategies that will become the foundation of your life success and that will help you find the most joy and abundance based on how you want your family and career life to be. She is dedicated to inspire women to draw from their own personal experiences and discoveries so that they can make the life changes that will enable them to live the life they want not just some days but every day.

As your coach, she offers proven strategies, systems and tools as the foundation of her practice. Her coaching skills focus on how to work through obstacles to find the honest solution, whether it involves a life issue, a career move or a business decision.

Martha is one of approximately 700 Certified Dream Coaches®. She is certified for both Individual and Group Coaching through the nationally-acclaimed Dream Coach University® and has been carefully trained to help clients realize their life dreams, no matter what obstacles they face.

She is a member of the distinguished International Coach Federation (ICF), the world’s leading organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession, The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), an exclusive network for professional women dedicated to the enhancement, empowerment and promotion of women’s careers, and she is a Certified Elite Leader with the Direct Selling Women’s Alliance (DSWA), which provides training, resources, and guidance to the over 15.2 million direct sellers in the U.S.
In 2008 she was selected to be a contributor in the DSWA’s Mentored by the Masters CD Program.

Martha enjoyed several years as a Hairdresser, owning and operating her own salon and later being an Instructor for Lincoln Trail Beauty Academy. As her career unfolded, she walked the path of “entrepreneur” and joined a direct sales company in 1985 because she loved the products and to earn a little extra income. During her 23 years with this company, she became a top Leader   growing a multi-million dollar organization and earned many of the top awards presented by the company.

She has incorporated and brings the knowledge, business skills, insights, and her experience of coaching, training, empowering, inspiring and leading other women to achieve the successes they desired into her coaching programs, life-strategy programs, workshops and her inspirational speaking engagements today.

In addition to her full time life coach practice, she also teaches and facilitates tele-training courses and live workshops on various topics regarding personal growth, time management and business development.

Martha lives in her dream home on 22 beautiful acres with the love of her life and her best friend, John. They will celebrate their 38th anniversary this year. They are the proud parents of 2 successful grown children, Jonathon and Maria who have blessed their lives with a daughter-in-“love” and a son-in-“love” and 6 beautiful grandchildren that are the light of their lives.

Her passion to inspire others to live the life of their dreams and create their own Perfect World every day stems from all of these many blessings and has been the catalyst in creating this purposeful and very meaningful opportunity that she takes very seriously.

Through her experience of being a working mom who had to figure out her own personal family and career life balance, Martha understands the importance of time management and what it can mean to a woman in today’s hectic world who is trying to make all of the puzzle pieces of her own life fit together.

The practical programs and systems that Martha has created address the needs of today’s busy working mom by focusing on an individual’s personal values, priorities, and the realities of our ever-changing lives and daily circumstances. Through her coaching, speaking and life strategy programs, Martha teaches us how to identify and take on the obstacles in our lives that can keep us from happiness and success, so that we can all discover our perfect days…and make them the blueprint of our lives each and every day.
